Hi Julia and Darran - just a quick note to say thanks again for a wonderful weekend. All went very well, with a good mix of people and skills for me to also pick up on ideas from.

I certainly learnt a lot and have already gone through all my photos cropping, adjusting (and deleting). Pretty happy with the results! I am targetting replacing that very standard lens I used with a 70-300 lens as well as doing something positive about using either Photoshop Elements or Lightroom. Can I complement you both on your upbringing of your boys and the respect they show towards you both! They are a great example of the young generation and show Australia's future looks bright despite of what you hear in the media.

Dear Darren (and Julia),

Firstly, Jenny and I would like to say a big thankyou for you leadership, enthusiasm and help during our trip. I suppose you have had lots of farewells at airports as groups, upon return to an Aussie airport, split and go their separate ways. In Auckland we did not have an opportunity to express our appreciation in other than a few brief words.

So.... All our experiences were amazing and its hard to pick highlights. The attention by Safariwise in setting up the trip was demonstrated by the fact that not one contact /bus/ guide etc was missed (at least not apparent to us which is what is important). We cannot say if you had panic phone calls in the background!!. The presence of Alex was an added bonus.

We were also impressed with the guides in terms of their tolerance of us Aussies, their knowledge and to our photography desires in particular.

Thanks again and a big thanks to Julia who worked in the background to make this trip memorable for us. Jenny took about 7000 images and me 1400 so we have plenty of processing ahead!!!! A future trip to another location may be 'on the cards' ...

Hi guys! Thanks for the welcome home, and for setting us up with such a great outfit. Johan and Malakia were absolutely fantastic - we had a ball - it’s the first time that my girls have woken up at 5.30 am two days in a row, not to mention 17 or 18 days in a row! We saw and did everything there was to see, big 5 and heaps of other things too. I now have to try and wade through the images that I took. Thanks for all your help organising the trip - it really was great, and went without a hitch.

Thank you both so much for the most amazing trip to Namibia, Botswana & Zambia - wish so much I was still there!!! The Safari Wise guys just completed the perfect journey with all their local info, incredible wildlife spotting and were great companions to boot!!! Do hope it is not too long before I can go back again!!! Cheers till next time ...
